DISPOSAL FACILITY SCENE OF EXPLOSION EAST OF BAINVILLE: At least one person was injured in an explosion at an oilfield and industrial waste disposal facility east of Bainville Monday.

In a statement issued by the Roosevelt County Local Emergency Planning Committee, a containment tank located at Clean Solutions LLC exploeded at approximately 10:30 a.m.
